If you are an owner of your own aircraft then you may be aware that regulations for operating your aircraft are changing. EASA Air Operations Regulation (EU) No 965/2013 Part-NCC will apply to all applicable aircraft from August 2016 and may mean some changes to how your private jet is managed and operated. These changes have been introduced to bring the safety levels of non-commercial operations closer to the standards required by commercial airlines and importantly may include changes to owners liability.
